Ich musste an dieser Stelle mal eine kleine Passage auslassen … ;-)
Saigon war für mich im Großen und Ganzen einer der besten Häfen, die ich je besuchen konnte, vielleicht mal von Point-au-Pic abgesehen, aber dazu später mehr. Womöglich kann das aber natürlich auch der Tatsache geschuldet sein, dass es ebenso war, wie ich es gerade beschrieben habe. Wer weiß es schon so genau.
Da es mir nach dieser Episode nun wieder besser ging, stürzte ich mich auch wieder mit den anderen ins Vergnügen. Zumindest nachmittags und abends. Tagsüber hatten wir unseren normalen Dienst, entweder an Deck oder in der Maschine, je nachdem, wie wir eingeteilt wurden. Wir ließen uns von unseren Rikscha-Fahrern Saigon zeigen, verbrachten einen ganzen Nachmittag am Pool des luxuriösen „Rex-Hotels“. Dort lagen wir im Wasser und ließen uns von den Kellnern Drinks servieren. Wir fühlten uns in diesen Tagen, als gehöre uns die Welt, aber das lag nicht an uns, sondern an unseren Dollarscheinen, mit denen wir nur so um uns schmissen. Wobei anzumerken ist, dass Anfang der 90er Jahre ein Dollar in Vietnam verdammt viel Geld gewesen ist.
Aber auch dieses Geld ging langsam aus, irgendwann einigten wir uns darauf, in der landeseigenen Währung zu zahlen. Dazu gingen wir ganz legal in eine Bank und tauschten unsere Deutsche Mark in Dong, der vietnamesischen Währung, um. Ich kenne den Kurs nicht mehr genau, aber in etwa war er wohl 1:8000. Als die alten Matrosen das erfuhren lachten sie uns aus. Wir sollten zur „Tante“ fahren. Unsere Rikscha-Fahrer wüssten schon, wo die zu finden wäre. Also taten wir dies am nächsten Morgen, es muss ein Wochenende gewesen sein, wir mussten nicht arbeiten, da wir noch keine 18 Jahre alt waren.
Als ich meinem Fahrer sagte, ich wolle zur „Tante“ sah er mich mit großen Augen an. Er stieg von seiner Rikscha, auch die anderen Fahrer waren mit einmal etwas komisch. Sie fingen alle wie wild an zu diskutieren, nicht mit uns, sondern miteinander. Den Inhalt dieser Diskussionen konnten wir bestenfalls erahnen. Aber irgendwann einigten sie sich und wir fuhren los. Langsam. Ich ahnte, dass unsere Fahrer wussten, dass hier etwas im Gange war, was nicht wirklich legal war. Auch ich bekam ein bisschen Muffensausen.

Ein Testosteronüberschuss kann Frauen und Männer
betreffen, auch wenn Männer generell über mehr Testosteron verfügen als Frauen und
deswegen noch seltener unter einem Testosteronüberschuss leiden. Im
männlichen Körper wird das Hormon in den Hoden, im weiblichen Körper in den Eierstöcken und in den Nebennieren gebildet.
In der Pubertät sorgt Testosteron dafür, dass das Körperwachstum einsetzt, sich die Scham-, Achsel- und Beinbehaarung vermehrt und

Verglichen mit Testosteronmangel ist die Prävalenz von zu hohem Testosteron tendenziell viel seltener.
Männer, die anabole Steroide einnehmen oder sich einer Testosteronersatztherapie (TRT) unterziehen,
haben hier jedoch ein viel höheres Risiko [7, 8].
Die American Urological Association gibt an, dass ein normaler Testosteronwert bei einem Mann etwa 450 bis 600 Nanogramm pro Deziliter
(ng/dl) betragen sollte [5]. Eine Studie, die das Testosteron von mehr als 9000 Männern im Alter von 19 bis 39 Jahren in Europa und den USA untersuchte, ergab
einen durchschnittlichen Bereich von 264 bis 916 ng/dl [6].
Sie erklärten, dass Werte darüber als hoch angesehen werden sollten. Wenn man jedoch von anabolen Steroiden spricht, meint man synthetisches Testosteron, das im Labor hergestellt wird.
AMH korreliert positiv mit dem Primordialfollikelpool, wie
histologische Untersuchungen nachweisen konnten [16].
Auch im Serum konnte diese Korrelation zwischen AMH und Primordialfollikelpool bestätigt werden [17].
Während bei Geburt nur geringe Spiegel nachzuweisen sind, kommt es im weiteren Verlauf zu einem langsamen Anstieg mit einem Peak um
das 25. Durch Abnahme des Follikelvorrats mit zunehmendem Alter sinkt es wieder.
Ein AMH unterhalb der Nachweisgrenze bedeutet dabei nicht,
dass nun die Menopause eingetreten ist.
Zum Beispiel erreichen der Testosteronspiegel während
der Zwanziger einer Frau und sinken danach allmählich. Ein gesundes Gewicht zu erreichen,
kann bei den Symptomen eines Hormonhaushalts helfen. Schon ein Verlust von 5
bis 10 Prozent des Körpergewichts kann die PCOS-Symptome verbessern, den Testosteronspiegel senken und helfen, Komplikationen, einschließlich Unfruchtbarkeit, zu verhindern. Einige der folgenden Lebensstiländerungen können einen hohen Testosteronspiegel bei Frauen reduzieren, während andere lediglich die Symptome lindern. Sowohl Elektrolyse als auch
Lasertherapie können eingesetzt werden, um unerwünschte Haare zu kontrollieren.
PCOS ist eine häufige hormonelle Störung, die Frauen im fortpflanzungsfähigen Alter
betrifft. Einige Quellen legen nahe, dass PCOS zwischen 8 und 20
Prozent der Frauen weltweit betrifft. In diesem Artikel erfahren Sie mehr über Bedingungen, die
einen hohen Testosteronspiegel bei Frauen verursachen, sowie über
Symptome und Behandlung. Obwohl Testosteron als männliches
Sexualhormon gilt, produzieren Frauen kleine Mengen an Testosteron in ihren Eierstöcken und Nebennieren. Auf der anderen Seite
kann auch bei Frauen ein Zu viel an Testosteron oder anderen männlichen Hormonen entstehen.
In dem Fall kommt zu unangenehmen Symptomen wie Hirsutismus (Gesichtsbehaarung), Haarausfall, Akne oder Gewichtszunahme.
Ein übermäßiger Testosteronspiegel mag zwar wie eine wünschenswerte Eigenschaft
für Männer klingen, aber die Nebenwirkungen und Gesundheitsrisiken überwiegen in der Regel die Vorteile.
Medikamente können dazu beitragen, den Testosteronspiegel mit Grunderkrankungen zu senken beim Mann.
Zu den gängigen Medikamenten gehören Gonadotropin-Releasing-Hormon-Analoga, Steroid-Synthase-Hemmer und Alpha-Reduktase-Hemmer [17, 18].
Die Feststellung, ob ein Symptom auf einen hohen Testosteronspiegel zurückzuführen ist oder nicht, kann schwierig sein, da es
zu Überschneidungen mit anderen Gesundheitszuständen kommen kann.
Wenn man eines der folgenden Symptome feststellt, sollte man mit einem/r Arzt/Ärztin sprechen, der/die eine genauere Diagnose stellen kann.
Etwa 40 bis 70 % des Testosteronspiegels eines Mannes
sind auf genetische Vererbung zurückzuführen [11].
Zur Förderung der natürlichen Testosteronproduktion enthalten viele
Präparate natürliche Substanzen wie Panax Ginseng, Bockshornklee oder
Maca. Auch Extrakte aus dem Erd-Burzeldorn (Tribulus terrestris) werden häufiger verwendet.
Testosteron-Präparate bei der Hormonersatztherapie gelten insgesamt als
sehr sicher, wobei es in Einzelfällen trotzdem zu
Nebenwirkungen kommen kann. Das Risiko sowie die Verabreichungsform sollte zwischen Arzt und Patient ausführlich besprochen werden. Etwa
schon bestehende Tumoren in der Vorsteherdrüse werden durch Testosteronpräparate
gefördert und eine mögliche Vorbelastung sollte man deshalb zuvor beim
Urologen abklären lassen. Häufiger treten überdies Nebenwirkungen auf, wenn Männer mit stärker
ausgeprägtem Hypogonadismus eine Testosteronersatztherapie durchführen.
Extrem überhöhte Werte finden sich in der Regel beim Zuführen in schädlichem Maß, um die eigene Leistung steigern zu wollen. Zu viel Testosteron im Kreislauf kann zu einer niedrigen Frustrationstoleranz führen, bis hin zu aggressivem Verhalten. Zu hoher
Blutdruck kann ebenso zu einer unerwünschten Begleiterscheinung eines zu hohen Testosteronspiegels werden. Er zitierte eine Studie, die die Effizienz der Geltherapie versus
Placebo bei jeweils 400 männlichen Probanden belegt. Es
sei eine signifikante Verbesserung aller sexuellen Funktionen beobachtet worden, zudem eine deutliche Verbesserung der Stimmung, des Energielevels, der Anämie und der Knochendichte.
Testosteron beeinflusst den Fettstoffwechsel dahingehend, dass hohe Testosteron-Serumkonzentrationen die Konzentration des Hormons
Leptin senken und umgekehrt. Leptin ist ein Hormon, das den Fettstoffwechsel und somit den Fettaufbau entscheidend steuert.
Oder sie fühlen sich zu müde und abgeschlagen,
um ihren Lebensstil tatsächlich zu ändern. Kapseln werden je nach
Schwere der Symptome zwei- bis dreimal täglich genommen, um einen gleichmäßigen Testosteronspiegel zu erreichen und zu erhalten. Ein Nachteil ist, dass Testosteron, das über den Magen-Darm-Trakt
aufgenommen wird, sehr schnell in der Leber abgebaut wird,
so dass die Wirksamkeit als fraglich eingestuft werden muss.
Eine vergleichsweise neue Methode für die Verabreichung von Testosteron ist die Verabreichung in Form eines Gels.
Das Gel wird einmal täglich im Bereich der Schultern, Oberarme,
Innenseite der Oberschenkel, Rückseite der Waden oder auch am
Bauch aufgetragen. Es trocknet innerhalb weniger Minuten, gleichzeitig absorbiert die Haut das Testosteron.
Ich mochte nun nach und nach auf die Wirkungen dieser
5 Lebensmittelgruppen auf deinen Testosteronwert
eingehen. Tim Ferriss beschreibt in seinem Buch „Der
four Stunden-Körper”, wie er unter anderem mit einer Ernährung, die hauptsächlich aus Fleisch, und Nüssen bestand, seinen Testosteronwert verdreifachte. Abgesehen von Nüssen und Fleisch, empfahl er noch Eier und einige Nahrungsergänzungen zu denen wir später noch kommen. Empfehlenswert ist es zudem, die Vorstufen des Testosteron zu dir zu nehmen oder als Gel/ Creme aufzutragen. So gibst du deinem Körper die Möglichkeit genau die Menge an Testosteron herzustellen, die er braucht, und eine Überdosierung ist ausgeschlossen. Wie du aus Kapitel 2 weißt, haben Testosteronbooster keinen Einfluss auf den Muskelaufbau.
Dass tritt bei Männern in der Regel mit der Pubertät ein, bei Frauen nur in bestimmten Fällen bei hohem Testosteronwert. Testosteron ist ein Steroidhormon aus der Gruppe der Androgene, das eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung männlicher Geschlechtsmerkmale spielt. Es wird hauptsächlich in den Hoden bei Männern und in geringeren Mengen in den Eierstöcken bei Frauen sowie in den Nebennierenrinden beider Geschlechter produziert. Testosteron wirkt durch Bindung an Androgenrezeptoren in Zielzellen, was zur Transkription spezifischer Gene führt und eine Vielzahl von physiologischen Effekten hervorruft. Während des Follow-up erlitten three,5 % der Patienten aus der Testosterongruppe und 2,5 % der Patienten, die Placebo erhalten hatten, mindestens eine bestätigte Fraktur (Hazard Ratio 1,43).
Wenn man Testosteron als “Männerhormon” bezeichnet, wäre Östradiol im Gegenzug das typische “Frauenhormon”, denn seine Konzentration ist
im weiblichen Körper typischerweise viel höher als beim Mann.
Der besagte Umbauprozess kann sehr schnell einsetzen – wie viel Testosteron dabei umgewandelt
wird, hängt von der Person und der konkreten State Of
Affairs ab. Viele Effekte, die wissenschaftliche Studien dem Testosteron zuordnen, könnten aber zumindest teilweise
auch Östradioleffekte sein. Daher wäre es zumindest ratsam,
stets beide Hormone gleichzeitig zu bestimmen. Testosteron ist das wichtigste männliche Geschlechtshormon (Androgen).
Um diese Erfolge zu erreichen können pro Tag bis zu 250
Milligramm Tribulus konsumiert werden, ohne dass man mit Nebenwirkungen oder negativen Erscheinungen rechnen muss.
Im Beipackzettel von hCG Präparaten werden bei Männern als mögliche Nebenwirkungen Wassereinlagerungen, Akne und die Entwicklung einer Gynäkomastie erwähnt (2).
Diese Nebenwirkungen beruhen auf einem durch die Anwendung von hCG erhöhten Testosteronspiegel und dem mit der
Testosteronmenge in Körper ansteigenden Östrogenspiegel.
Über die Haut gelangt der Wirkstoff in den Körperkreislauf und entfaltet dort die
entsprechenden Wirkungen. Diese Artwork der Anwendung bedarf besonderer Sorgfalt, denn über Hautkontakt
kann der Wirkstoff auf andere Personen übertragen werden. Besonders gefährlich
ist eine Übertragung auf Frauen und speziell Schwangere, da hier erhebliche
unerwünschte Wirkungen bei der Frau und beim ungeborenen Sort auftreten können. Für die Anwendung als Gel gelten daher besondere Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, wie beispielsweise die Abdeckung der behandelten Haut durch Kleidung sowie
das Händewaschen und Duschen vor einem Körperkontakt.
Die Therapie wird individuell angepasst und von einem Arzt überwacht.
Dabei werden regelmäßige Blutuntersuchungen durchgeführt,
um die Dosierung zu kontrollieren und mögliche Nebenwirkungen frühzeitig zu erkennen. Nicht das Alter führt zu
Hormonmangel, sondern Hormonmangel führt zum Altern. Die wichtigste
Nebenwirkung des Testosterons ist die androgene Wirkung.
Sie führt vor allem bei der illegalen Anwendung (Doping im Sport) bei
Frauen zu Virilisierungen (Vermännlichung) s.a. Akne vulgaris, androgenetische Alopezie,
Hirsutismus, Stimmveränderungen wie rauchige und heisere Stimme (Achtung
bei Frauen mit Sing- oder Sprechberufen!).
Den Hormonhaushalt in Eigenregie wieder ins Gleichgewicht zu bringen, ist für
Laien oft schwierig. Die betroffenen Frauen sollten auf jeden Fall einen Gynäkologen aufsuchen, um gemeinsam
eine zielführende Therapie zu finden. Erkrankungen der inneren Organe können sowohl die Ursache als auch die Folge eines erhöhten Testosteronspiegels sein. Infrage kommen Ultraschalluntersuchungen an den Eierstöcken beim PCOS und bei Leberschädigungen durch Doping.
Auch die Magnetresonanztomografie (MRT) kann zum Einsatz kommen,
wenn es darum geht, Veränderungen an den betroffenen Organen genauer zu
klassifizieren. Eine weitere wichtige Funktion von Testosteron,
die mit der Pubertät einsetzt, ist die Förderung von Prozessen, die für die Fortpflanzung sehr bedeutsam sind.
Die Checks sollten bei spezifischen Beschwerden oder Indikationen durchgeführt
und von einem Facharzt wie einem Urologen oder Andrologen veranlasst werden. Diese Experten bewerten die Untersuchungsergebnisse und verschreiben gegebenenfalls eine Behandlung.
Abschließend ist der Testosteronspiegel ein wichtiger Aspekt der männlichen Gesundheit und kann mit dem Alter variieren. Obwohl
das Alter ein wesentlicher Faktor für den Testosteronspiegel ist,
spielen auch bestimmte andere Faktoren eine Rolle, ob man sich im normalen Bereich befindet oder nicht.
Dazu gehören Dinge wie Rauchen, körperliche Aktivität, Ernährung, Stress
und vieles mehr. Der durchschnittliche Testosteronspiegel bei älteren Männern liegt in der Regel niedriger als bei jüngeren Erwachsenen.
Einen Monat nach meinem 90-Tage-Experiment wurde ich erneut getestet, dieses Mal jedoch mit der LC/MS-Methode.
Das bedeutet, dass mein T-Spiegel seit dem Beginn meiner
Testosteronumstellung noch weiter gestiegen ist.
Bluttests sind zwar viel genauer und empfindlicher als Speichel- oder Urintests, aber auch viel teurer – Bluttests für Gesamttestosteron und freies Testosteron können bis zu
a hundred thirty Dollar kosten.
Der Hauptregulator der Testosteronsynthese ist die Hypophyse im Gehirn, die das luteinisierende Hormon (LH) produziert.
LH stimuliert die Leydig-Zellen in den Hoden bei
Männern und die Theca-Zellen in den Eierstöcken bei Frauen, um Testosteron zu produzieren. Insgesamt ist Testosteron ein entscheidendes Hormon für die Gesundheit und das
Wohlbefinden von Männern und Frauen. Ein ausgewogener Testosteronspiegel ist von großer Bedeutung, und Abweichungen sollten ernst genommen und ärztlich behandelt
werden. Durch seine über 35 Jahre Erfahrung als niedergelassener Arzt mit eigener Praxis verfügt Dr.

Das als Medikament zugeführte L-Thyroxin wird im Körper ebenfalls zu T3 umgewandelt – der
Organismus kann nicht zwischen selbst gebildetem und
beispielsweise als Tablette eingenommenen Hormonen unterscheiden. Die Umwandlung kann bei manchen Patienten eingeschränkt sein, etwa bei Lebererkrankungen oder Selenmangel.

der Blutentnahme ist es notwendig, fetthaltige und frittierte Lebensmittel
einzuschränken, Alkohol auszuschließen und die Einnahme von Medikamenten abzubrechen. Die Testosteronsekretion nimmt
nach dem Coaching zu, daher ist es wichtig, die körperliche Aktivität vor
dem Take A Look At zu reduzieren. Dieses Steroidhormon wird
von den männlichen Geschlechtsdrüsen (Hoden) und in geringerem Maße von der Nebennierenrinde ausgeschieden. Bei Frauen werden kleine Mengen Testosteron von den Eierstöcken, der Nebennierenrinde

Testosteron ist wesentlich für das sexuelle Verlangen und die Fähigkeit,
eine Erektion aufzubauen und aufrechtzuerhalten. Ein niedriger Spiegel kann sich somit
direkt auf die Potenz auswirken. Dies kann zu Unsicherheit, Spannungen in der Partnerschaft und dem Griff zu Potenzmitteln führen – oft
ohne nachhaltige Wirkung, wenn die hormonelle Ursache nicht erkannt wird.
